Pinnacle of professionalism, isn't he? Doesn't even give her a card, just a quick plug for the Yeller Pages. It's almost like he can't wait to get shot of her! This is going to sound strange, but I think if this comic were an animated series, I'd want George Basset to be voiced by the great Jim Broadbent doing his best Droopy Dog impersonation, just for the spectacle!

So I totally caught the [i]Old Yeller[/i] reference in the comic but than I was rereading and noticed your author's note. Get shot of her? I see what you did there. :P

Ohhh. Plot twist. Daddy's not there and she's saddled with a gorgeous house. And Adrienne's face in the last panel is priceless!
