Okay, here you go. This comic took a lot of time and effort from me, and I'm really happy on how it turned out.

Aside from that, this comic introduces two story elements. One, what exactly is Imulsion and two, President ROOM who is General RAAM's older twin brother.

The randomness will return next comic.
