Wardrobe malfunction? More like a costume catastrophe!

Trish Foley is Belle's aunt, agent and director/producer of many of Belle's movies. For this production Trish accepted a request from Jim Henson's Creature Shop to do the GOOB effects. Some were Belinda Brandon fans!
In order to afford them some cuts had to be made in other places in the budget. Like costumes. And sets. And props. As can be seen here the cuts in the costume budget didn't go so well.

This movie was done on a small budget and before motion capture became affordable.
