Okay. Halloween has officaly gone on way too long!

Here we get to see some of Advisor Toh's martial arts moves.
When Toh gets serious and choses to fight, he can deliver massive amounts of damage quickly and efficiently!

The blow that Toh's victim just suffered would kill most people, the more “fortunate” ones would suffer a serious concussion and most likely some hemmoraging too.
