Excellent question. Let's see where we stand on that... so far we know demons can fuck with people's memories, read minds etc, eat colors (duh!), levitate objects, make themselves and others invisible, imitate voices, start fires, shapeshift, do mind tricks and buy souls. (Grace was also able to change the size of objects, mute sounds and open portals as a newborn, but I can't say she has control over those abilities and hasn't done them since. Grace can enter dreams as well. Dylan (aside from his unusually high intelligence due to Learning (tm)) is more on the angel side, so he can heal (if he can love) and he can use his wings to fly. Grace has a few more tricks in store, but not until her horns are developed. As you can imagine, the more powerful an angel or demon is, the nastier their powers can get.
