Female "Shark queen" 2

Shark queens lure their human prey into the water by thrashing around. Their lower half makes it appear they are being attacked by a shark. The theory is that the pepople most likely to attempt to ‘rescue’ them will be strong and fairly well built to take on a shark, in the shark queens mind this mean “good eating”. They have raspy voices which make a harsh sound when the talk. This travels through the water up to long distances.
