- I would make the panels big before putting sprites, backgrounds, and all that crap in it, because you get the garbly look. The only way to avoid that in Paint is to resize at percentages like 200%, 50%, and the like.
- Photoshop would really be worth it if you can get your hands on it. If you prefer the legal approach, I'm sure you can find older versions of Photoshop (as in, not CS1 or CS2) cheap somewhere. Then I would head over to www.fireball20xl.com and read Psyguy's tutorial on Photoshop comic making.
- The motion lines don't match with the movement, and I noticed the movement fine without those lines. Sorry to waste your time. =P
- The main problem with your spelling/grammar is the lack of commas. There's two errors I see other than that, but the commas seem to be your main weak point.
- The speech bubbles with more text are aligned well enough in the bubble, but the ones with just one or two words in them need some work.
- Alignment of the panels is off, they slide more to the right with each new panel. Alignment of the Koopa changes slightly between the first and second panels, but you kept it aligned between the second and third fine.
I know this is a lot of comment to take in, but don't be discouraged from making comics because of this huge gob of text. I'm not expecting that your first few comics are perfect. Just take the time to remember what I said and fix these things in future comics.
