In a laboratory inside the Richbury Tower, Detective Donner puzzles things out as the accelerator cannon continues to build up power, when it fires the prison cell force field (Donner thinks of this as a bulletproof glass door) will go down and the demonic creature inside will be released… but something's not making sense….
