Julius is a triple S rank fighter. He is easily the strongest hunter ever to exist, who could defeat a demon overlord with a single attack.
However, his memory has very terrible since the day he destroyed Dracula for good and sealed him into a lunar eclipse. Ever since then, he tends to only fight with the strength of a B class hunter.
Don't be confused. He does not currently have his triple S rank fighting skill anymore. Right now, he's just a B rank hunter.
Julius could once use the Divine Ray from page 6 by himself when he was back in his thirties. Balore is a class B plus monster, so you can tell that the Divine Ray is rediculously powerful in the hands of Julius.
I forgot to mention on his card that Dracula was destroyed for good on the year 1999. Eh, probably doesn't matter too much.
It's also basically Julius' fault that the altered realm exists, and now all the hunters across the times must now fix it.

@Dark Ninja: Well, technically, it was due to the chaos magic. You could say that Julius merely pulled the trigger that caused the death of the dimension that our universe exists in. You don't want to screw with the core powers of chaos. It's rediculously powerful in my comic. He also didn't know that something like that would happen. It's still his fault, even so. Thanks for the comment.
