Chapter 221: the introduction of hookman

well, number 3 from pirateman's robot master, called hookman. He's based on wire sponge from MMX 3, i personally like his boldness, but - on the other side - I also like watching spongebob everyday at the age of 20, so my opinion is not too reliable here.
