Seriously, I HATE when people pull crap like this. I go through all the trouble of sitting on hold, then trying to tell the person on the other end of the line (who barely speaks my language) what problem I'm having, wait forever on hold for them to set up a service ticket, and then THEY DON'T SHOW UP. They were supposed to show up between 10am and 2pm. Guess I have a nice and nasty phone call to make tomorrow.
At least the house looks nice now with it all cleaned up.

Wanna feel better? When I first moved into my apartment I signed up with Earthlink. In the space of two months, I lost my connection five times, and each time it took forever for them to even come out and do an assessment, let alone fix anything. And what do I mean by "forever?" Well, the fifth time (and final straw), I was waiting for THREE WEEKS. No lie. And of course, there was no accountability. Not from the the guys in India named "Ian" or from the impenetrable automated service menus stateside. Verizon Shmerizon. Earthlink is pure evil!!!!

Verizon always screws up the internet for me. Almost every week, there's a problem. At least I don't have to call a guy to fix it, for the connection usually fixes itself.
