The Scarlet Wizard, who got only one panel appearance in one previous page.
Well in summary, he is an ass-kicking wizard who made all sorts of enchanted items to assist him in his mercenary works.He also uses a Magic Staff, but rarely.
There's more secrets to him, anyway…just wait :)
