Hmm well,by hand or by ms paint -both is great but I assume it`s better ms paint since everyone is using a software for their comics. I myself am using photoshop( expensive,I know) and GIMP ( FREE-and totally cool-had troubles at the beginning but its a great software once you get to know how to work with it and the best thing is its free) hahaha XD-the page is Hilarious,great job!!XD
