Dan raises the bar with this outstanding page. I'm utterly impressed with the last series of pages. If you somehow missed yesterday's update, quickly step back a page and see Abby's kick-ass setup for this. This is what we've been building up to for a long time, and it's just going to keep get better.
This one is so hot off the presses, even Al doesn't know it exists yet. He's going to have a little surprise when he wakes up and sees that we have an update!
For those of you who may remember, we were actually a week behind. With this page, we're back on course. However, we're not done yet this week! Stay tuned, because we have yet ANOTHER page coming this week!
Yes, we're crazy, but it IS holiday season, after all.
Yeah, it's a great comic, I love cross overs, and pages like especially this one shine brightly as a great example of what Indy comic artists can really do. More specifically, I'd love if more of my comic pages looked like this.
Ditto. Thanks to everyone who's read CROSSOVERLORD since we've started, and Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, etc. We've been really gratified by the response to our little tale, and all the people who have contribted as WELL as our readers...have the happiest of holidays.
This is a great fight sequence -- and both Green Avenger and Dasien look amazing! Very believable superheroine battle. Red Death really gets the artistic essence of both characters!
Das and Green Avenger are a lot more evenly matched than one might expect. And really, our heroes haven't been incarcerated all that long. They're probably a little dehydrated, and perhaps a little hungry, but they're far from exhausted.
And I don't even want to address where they've been going potty.
Decent fight but I got to be honest; at first I thought a fight between these two should be more one sided in Dasiens favor.
She's at least slightly tougher, stronger, probably has faster reflexes and way more agile/acrobatic and skilled in combat with a notably higher amount of aggresion plus more real experience in actual combat than the Green Avenger.
Than I thought about it and Dasiens been imprisoned, not eaten or drinking water I believe and they haven't been able to sleep well for an unspecified amount of time.
That and the mind control helps with the aggression on Green Avengers part.
Wow, you weren't kidding about putting this up ASAP...
I like doing guest pages because it allows me to be much more experimental with the page design than I normally would be over at BGH. Gives me a chance to push myself out of my comfort zone.
