Speaking of crazy, Abby kind of goes a little crazy here as well, but in all fairness, Das kind of pushed her this far.
It's important to remember that Green Avenger isn't a villain. She's an empathetic and caring person, and even though they're on different sides, she knows that Das isn't a bad person.
What's going to happen now? Ataxim is knocked out, but now so is Das. Will the other's recover in time to deal with the Green Avenger? Will Dasien wake up in time to give us some fan service? You'll just have to come back this weekend for a special two-part reveal.
In other news, Ben Carver has been making so many frequent appearances on the Webcomic Beacon, that he seems to be a regular part of the show now. He and Becky Heineman of Sailor Ranko went toe-to-toe for the title belt on Episode 104, and even though he wasn't a scheduled guest on Episode 105, he somehow found a way to make himself a guest anyway!
Episode 104 is available now. Episode 105 will be available later this week.
To Braindonor; yeah Dasien has low to moderate enhanced healing system, The Green Avenger does as well I believe.
Personally I would agree with you; I posted something similiar to that affect earlier.
And yes; unless their was some off-panel fighting for the smiling man bringing people in etc...this should be the GA's first real fight with a superstrong opponent.
Might count that one robot with the extending arms though.
Mind control doesn't really give an; GA's been mind controlled enough to get her on the SM's side but she's not in total crazy killer mode.
As for why Das lost and GA won, I think it may be because superheroes USUALLY hold a great deal back. If Superman is swapping punches with someone who doesn't have as strong or any super powers as he does, if he doesn't hold back he'll snap the person or thing like a twig and kill them. Here we may be seeing Das, still holding back because she is one of the good guys, but GA totally losing it and actually stops holding back for a moment. If GA had done this to a non-superpowered folk, well, that's why she holds back in the first place.
I honestly didn't think Green Avenger would win, Dasien has way more experience fighting people as powerful as she is. I can't recall if GA ever fought a super strength villain. Doesn't Das heal super fast?
Yes, there certainly is. We gave up trying to avoid tropes. Now we're just trying to see how many we can hit before this thing comes to a finale.
Consider this my homage to Caitlin Fairchild, Power Girl, and a host of other already scantily clad heroines getting their clothes wrecked in the heat of battle.
I think there's a tv trope about superhero costume's strategically ripping in heavy fights. Then again...tropes follow that iphone saying...there's a trope for that.
