Remus pretty much scripted out this entire sequence, and it's brilliant. Now you see the purpose behind switching the fighters. Suddenly, the villains are nullified. Their powers useless.
My new theory for drawing the Pandimensional Sisters of the Twilight is to give them Dr. Seuss fur.
By the way, this is a three-update week, folks. Be back on Thursday and then again on Saturday.
Also, we have a special guest artist this week! Who's it gonna be?
Hm. Love the Dr. Seuss fur. Also, glad you guys are using ANT/Lisa still. Was a fan of her main series but last I checked it's been on hiatus for a long time. So, just saying. I've felt for some time now that she hasn't been portrayed very accurately in this series for a very long time now, but I understand that there's not much room in the script/story (the heat of battle, serious plot moments, etc) to give Lisa much dialogue and "comedic moments," especially since her cartoonist creator has probably been too busy to help portray her (only guessing she still is, but maybe I'm wrong). Comedic moments can ruin or throw off a serious/suspense/drama/horror/etc story and should obviously be used at only the right times to bring people back down to set them up for the next suspenseful/dramatic/horrific/etc moment in the story, like a roller-coaster ride.
It's mentioned once in IP that Debbie's 'shirt' is made of rubber. It's a modified scuba suit, and it's cinched tight and attached to her pants because really -- nobody wants to see exposed hip bones.
The artistic reason is that the character's only outward sign that she's a zombie is her missing abdomen. I thought it needed that little visual hint to complete the character design. :)
Not a problem. They only fought her once before, and at the end she made sure that they couldn't find her reality again. (In fact, how Smiling Man enlisted them is to promise he'll give them the location of "her" reality in the multiverse.) But they gave her a VERY bad time for a while.
You have a point about the full mask.
Hmm, sorry. I wasn't exactly sure how many times they had fought. Earlier here she seems to know them, and they also seem to have been picked specifically to go against her.
I'm tempted to go read mindmistress now. Hmm...
(Oh, and no offense, but I still think she should get a full helmet. Being open to a head-shot is never a good idea).
So little leverage. And I like the reason for A.N.T.'s ability to handle the Sisters. Nice batman move by MM there.
As for Debbie's T-shirt, maybe it's spandex. Superheros were spandex, ya know.
Don't know if this was ever answered in the original comic but why does Dead Debbie's shirt scrunch in from below chest level to waist?
I mean; its just a t-shirt right? So relatively speaking shouldn't it be free flowing?
Lots of starch.

Remember that MM has fought the Sisters before this only ONCE. She hasn't been in a lab during this adventure to whip up a full-body helmet using cameras to record images as tactical displays, instead of seeing directly. (Just simple transparent lenses, even tinted, wouldn't work.)
But A.N.T. already HAD that...so she worked with what she had.
And Neil, the Dr. Seuss fur is CHEATING. You should painstakingly redraw the character in differently colored lines...
Or you can take the original image, color it in Photoshop, reproduce it, and set the opacity to 30 to 50 per cent...
...Which is high-tech cheating! *Grin*
Uhhh...
If it was THAT easy, how come MM doesn't get tactical googles or something?
The "no leverage" thing was classic too. And very well done. Congrats.

You're not having a good day when _Lisa_ explains why your power doesn't work.
