Here Brooke uses what they call the “Spock” method of blending in with humans. Too bad she didn't try a beanie or headband or something. With a girl like Brooke you need as much blood flowing to the brain as possible.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH HAWK?

Why did it take so long to get a new page? Wasn't Hawk working on Culture Shock during the DD downtime and reupload?

Well, no, actually. I took what some would consider a “break”, though it was so filled with things I wouldn't call it that.

In just this last week, I've worked on three different animated short films, wrangled with computer-simulated hair, met with several folks from Pixar, storyboarded a 75 panel storyboard sequence, upadted an artist exchange website and gallery, and attended my regular classes as a full-time student. One of those nights I didn't even go to bed, and right now I'm running off three hours of sleep. Jeez, looking back on that, even I can hardly believe I did all that.

I'm not here to complain though, because great things are happening. I choose to be this active. Also, it's been great tuning into Drunk Duck here and seeing people supporting me. With a bunch of people actually asking for updates, it made me realize that people are enjoying what I do. Thanks for your support, everybody. Thanks for your comments and votes.

The way it stands right now with my schedule, I think I'll be able to get you new pages on Thursdays. If I can manage more, I will.

I know how you feel. I took a break as well. I didn't do a single comic from December until DD came back. SJ took all the fun out of making crappy Paint comics
