Not page 100 yet!
Time to fill everyone in.

I made my way back home to Idaho a while back to get to Fandemonium, but only an hour into the trip my car broke down. Some sort of gasket blew in its cooling system and was in no condition for five more hours in a hot summer day. Determined to get to Fandemonium, I dropped the car off at a wrecking yard and caught a Greyhound bus for the rest of the trip. The car was old and dying anyway, but what hurt was that it had a nearly full tank of gas.

Fandemonium was EXCELLENT. The convention hit its stride this year, including many great events and great people. I met a lot of awesome people and made plenty of friends, some of which I hope to keep in touch with. I was in two different panels that I hope people enjoyed.

While there at Fandemonium I sat at a table and gave away free sketches and talked with people. I also sold some posters. The one you're seeing here is my Brooke poster, which sold out pretty fast. I also had a poster made by frequent reader Evamonkey that I'm just itching to show you. You'll see it soon. And I might just make posters available to purchase online, at the lowest possible price I can find. I'll talk more in detail on my Fandemonium experience and my panels later.

To wrap things up, I'm stranded in Idaho without a car and SLOW dialup connection without most of my computer equipment. This has rendered me unable to put out page 100 of Culture Shock. I hope to fix everything and give that to you next week. You could consider this Brooke artwork part of the 100 page celebration.

Anyway, thanks always for reading Culture Shock and leaving your wonderful comments. If all things go well, you'll hear from me again soon.
