And so ends the PSA. Too many great webcomics blossom and then die just as quickly because no one knew they even existed. Don't let great comics be forgotten. Share them through social media and encourage your friends share the post you shared.
Hey MK, do you know any other cooking/recipe based comics? I already made a video about your comic. But if there were others i could make a video about all of theme and maybe this could be like some kind of subgenre to target people who like baking/cooking and comics.
Maybe there is a way to target some kind of parents groups? So parents can read these with their kids and try out the recipes?
Or say two groups of people who cant meet up in real life can both try the recipe at the same time. Maybe also while doing a videochat and see how it turns out? Whos worked better with how they did it?
It never went anywhere but i had this idea for like a master chef challenge. Weekly maybe with a set number of ingriedients adn see who makes the best thing. Where i am there are a lot of old ladies who spend a lot of time on fb. I thought this was somthign they could do together.
You would first need a group to target. Like an fb group of baking moms. But maybe have like a challenge to make one
Cosmic, this idea is great especially because my comic's theme is family. Actually... I know ONE comic that also has recipes that is worth looking into since one of the two main characters loves to cook.
You can read it here: https://www.webtoons.com/en/comedy/boyfriend-of-the-dead/list?title_no=1102
A FB would be great and I always ask people to share pictures of their attempts.
Of the recipes from the comic then they all take pics and share talkabout the expierence, taste, how easy or difficult it was. How the finished product ends up lookings and stuff.
I know there are people who would be interested in this stuff out there it is jist how to get in contact with them all and get them in the same space to participate in these projects. I know some people would think it was fun.
It could be something groups of homeschoolers could do also. All the mums teaching their kids how to bake. About math and measurements and tempurature. They could all follow along with the comic and talk in a video chat while they were all working on it
