It was hard to begin this chapter; I was just having a difficult time getting the conversation to flow. Then, while I was writing, my friend John popped up on my instant messenger and greeted me with, "Dis needs more muffins." He meant it as a joke, but it turned out to be exactly what Dis needed…a sort of catalyst for this opening scene, to give it direction. Once I added the muffins, the whole thing just flowed out so smoothly. :)
