Crazy vamps and their casual cutting - isn't that a sign of internal self-loathing or something? Aren't people who slice themselves up supposed to be in therapy? I can see from the color of shock and fear that Danielle does NOT want to become evil. Angela is blue anytime she is drawing on either her esoteric knowledge or her power, I'm guessing ... it's such a pretty shade of blue ... cerulean blue ... cerulean ... blue ... *bam* What was that? Oh, that was just me, getting hit by a truck. Don't worry about it, see? I'm healing already ... ;-)

6 to 8 inches of snow?! I wish we got that much! I have not seen snow for...my entire life, except when i visited chicago. I am hanging out outside with a tank top and shorts.

There are many plants in witchcraft lore that are used to ward off evil spirits. The plant Angela has is entirely made up, but the the name, baso sehlašana, is from the Sotho language of Africa meaning black plant.
