Happy Friday, everybody! I hope everybody in the USA enjoyed a fun and safe July 4th. We kept it simple at the Bradley house. My wife and I had a cookout with our son, my nephew and his wife and daughter. It wasn't anything fancy-just hamburgers and sausages in the grill, the mandatory baked beans and potato salad. Sometimes simple is the best.

My two week studio remodeling project is completed, and I'm pleased with results. I couldn't believe how much junk was in my studio. The “after” photos will attest to how much stuff got pitched. The “before” photos look like stills from Hoarders. I swear it didn't look as bad as the photos make it look. Okay, maybe it was.

Wow! That looks like a lot of work. That the cats accept it is a good sign. I know cats tend to be critical if you even move as much as a chair - from their point of view they own the place, after all. :3

@ OriahEhontas: The 4-inch reflector telescope was put back in its box. Not to worry. The 8-inch reflector telescope, tucked in the corner by the drawing table, is still ready to use. The tank now sits in the corner by the painting easel. As for the cat, our five cats put themselves wherever they feel like. : )
