Morning has come and Danielle has to face Amy. While Amy is completely unaware of what almost happened the previous night, Danielle is wracked with guilt for very nearly feeding on her friend.

Power always comes with a hefty price of responsibility, and I certainly don't envy Dani for the looming question whether she can keep up that same restraint next time weighing heavily on her mind. Nice kitchen, btw..

Dani always has had to deal with her vampiric nature. Other vampires have the same issue, but the curse of the knife has multiplied the power of the blood lust, making her extremely dangerous at times. The threat of violence against Lizzy and Amy could very well unleash Danielle's inner rage, something she is acutely aware of. Thanks for the compliment on the kitchen. It took two solid days to draw and color it.

She can manipulate with the sound of her voice, and that's what she did. Still, Danielle feels guilty for using that ability on her friend, and it nearly went too far.

At least Dani was able to suppress those urges that she had, even if it wasn't easy for her; it's nice to know that she has been able to bring Amy some sense of security for the time being.
