Happy Friday, everybody.

It’s been a very busy couple of weeks for me. It’s time to open the swimming pool, and that is always a big job. Add to that all the yard work, and the schedule for working on the comic has suffered. As if that wasn’t enough, we had a major leak in our kitchen drain that required cutting a hole in the wall to access the pipes. Now I have some drywall work and painting to do. What fun.😐

For some reason, this time of the year when the weather is ideal for some relaxing is exactly the time when I always find myself having to do a billion other things all at once, and no amount of expert supervision even by someone like Danielle can change that. Cool filler for a hot day! Love it.

It seems like a lot of unexpected and expensive things have happened around here during the past couple months. In addition to Murphy's law, I have another explanation for these sorts of events. My theory is that the Tooth Fairy has an evil twin, know as the One Damn Thing After Another Fairy. Lately, I seem to be on that fairy's list.
