I like the grainy texture to the coloring. People love to have someone to blame for their losses. I'm not sure if it's worse that she was blamed for the death or that now there's an expectation of her to be a little copy of her mother. (Seriously, I hate that "follow in your parents footsteps" crap. Kids don't exist to give their parents immortality. -- Even though many cultures see it that way.)
