I agree with edgarallanpoo... two strips can't be the basis for such a controvery. I must assume that the dialogue is there for specific effect, and that it's achieved that end nicely.
I like the dialogue, which I am thinking is the issue here. It would be interesting to know where anonymous is from, I would guess he/she isn't english. The dialogue is what really brings it to life so far as there isn't much of a story to be seen yet. Clearly the character is northern, not sure exactly where but I hear clearly in my head.
I meant SCREENPLAY, not MOVIE, but you get the gist.
An anonymous hater is the internet equivalent of a monkey flinging his poo from the safety of a tree.
"Anonymous," eh? Why not put your money where your mouth is and share your name--and perhaps some of your work?
I don't think it's fair to say a script sucks after two screens. Does the dialogue need work? Absolutely. But to say a script sucks after two screens is like watching the first 30 seconds of a movie trailer and deciding the movie sucks. Not. Very. Bright.

No, I mean the script sucks. Comics have scripts. Webcomics have scripts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Script_%28comics%29 It's more natural to say the script sucks that the "words" suck, for me, because the script encapsulates the entire narrative and the dialogue. Others may say it differently, that is their choice.
The art is fine, wasn't worthy of comment. I like the "back of a sketchbook" style. I was more drawn to the suckitude of the script.
Have a nice day.
It's not a script. This is a webcomic. Which had a script, granted - but you haven't seen it. Only Dan has. And he used that script to create the images above. You probably mean that the 'words' aren't particularly inspiring, which would be a fairer point given the elongation.
Except said elongation is terrible. It's not me 'accidentally' botching words. I wrote them that way on purpose to achieve an effect. You're free to dislike the effect, of course - but it's there for a reason.
And thanks for the comment.
It's always inspiring to have a complete stranger take time out of his day to leave a helpful bit of advice for work that I put effort into. It's just a shame you couldn't leave any feedback for the art, which is what makes this less a script and more of a webcomic.

The script seems fine to me. The CHARACTER is a putz, but that appears to be by design, and the script is portraying that perfectly well.

This is the worst script I've ever seen
