One thing I don't think I had shown enough throughout the Human Club arc is the three speaking the languages they know. Venus knows a hotchpotch of Spanish and English. Nike knows French. Vinchi knows some words in German and Slavic languages. He can get by in English (See RED comic). I wanted it to be equivalent to an anime otaku's knowledge of Japanese by just watching subtitled anime. So not really much. Alpha can read and write in (American) English, but cannot speak it due to not having a head. She can make out some sounds of words and can read libs.

Grey understands zero human languages. I did cut a scene from the script where Venus confronts him on that. Or did we have that part? I remember it was a concern for Venus and she did try to teach him.
