This guy made a bit of an impact in 1 issue and hasn't been seen since. He never even made it back in issue 3 when Project Warrioress and Upgrade One were fighting Codo Grand.
Who ever this kid is, he was able to knock Fenny for a loop and has some kind of ties to the Australian government.
Needless to say, he probably hasn't been seen for the last time.
I uploaded twice already today for anyone that may have missed them. That's all the updates for today ^_^

Pretty tough for a 13 year old. I bet he's just compensating because his voice hasn't changed yet. He's just a squeaky, pimple-faced terrorist. -- But maybe he was raised by dingos.
