Ch.9.Pg.6

Everything about the Nephilim will definitely become clearer in Volume 2 as you get to see how they became an organization, their real motives, their backgrounds, etc. That and I plan to make it a stand alone comic so that even people who didn't read from the beginning of Distant Embrace will understand it.
For now we know that these 3 Nephilim(counting Wood) have already the powers of their respective Ancients once Abaddon(Nephilim of Destruction/guy with his hands in his pockets)extracts his. The question now is, has Ilmarinen lost his temper again?

Peipei: In the case of Uriah it gave him extra power, yet a simple boost in power is not what the Nephilim seem to be after, so yeah...the mystery becomes even darker. Popenfresh: That would be the obvious and one of the top reasons for any human to seek those spirits, but the Nephilim seem to want something deeper or do they? Worstcase: Amazingness...yes, I can see that happening.

That's a very good question? What is in it for them to be collecting spirits in the first place :o? Don't they get any rewards or abilities in exchange for them? i'm interested :o
