A very enjoyable couple of minutes! Thanks again for the wonderful few 'back stage'!
And, yes, we appreciate ALL the work you put into it and how great the results are. Kind of jealous of your manipulation skills, the expressions are usually point on!
Thanks again!
Behind the Scenes stuff is always fun to watch... I've been considering doing one myself, but that's a lotta work in itself XD. Out of curiosity, do the dolls have articulation in their faces that basically let you sculpt their expressions, or do they have interchangeable faces? If it's the former, than hats off to the manufacturers, because those are some pretty versatile faces (No double entendre intended, I swear :P)
Hahaha, we appreciate double entendres around here!
No, do not have articulated faces. They are sculpted with a neutral expression. The acting comes from digital manipulation. I go to great lengths to get as much expression out of them as I can by simply using the right posture, head tilt gesture and/or camera angle. But the big beautiful smiles comes from Paint.net, Photoshop, FaceApp, Wombo, etc.
