Naming Sandra took a surprising amount of time. I came up with several names, but I didn't really like any of them. Even my favorite of the names, Sandra (after Sandra North from Sandra and Woo) got dropped because I'd already named almost all of the other characters up to this point after other people or characters.

Then I asked Mana Knight for ideas, and among her suggestions was to name her Sandy. I decided that if I thought to name her Sandra and MK thought to name her Sandy, it must be Fate. So her name is Sandra. Thanks, MK.
