This ties into this whole thing on Gaia Online, but I don't think you have to know anything about it except that the GMFC is a fictional fertility clinic, at which fictional Rik fictitiously works. Only his idea of what a fertility clinic does is a bit different from the reality of the situation.

Not that there is any reality of the situation. It's all fictional. Making sense yet?
