Critics’ Acclaim
It's almost like a genre of its own, or some kind of a psychedelic mash-up of sci-fi/ fantasy pop-culture. The art strives for some kind of classical realism, while simultaneously refuting any desire to follow the rules of established draftsmanship.
The worldbuilding is solid, with every race having advantages and limitations in different parts of the realm and/or nature. The gore and the violence is in-built and the tech that exists within the world doesn't overshadow the fantasy.

The "grrrlz" was inspired by a newspost by Tantzaerine about "tough" female characters in fantasy. On writing forums they're often referred to as "grrrlz" with a growl and a scowl.
