Due East - Book 4 Page 5

Wow! This is the last Due East page of 2007! Happy New Year, everyone!
A conclusion to the dialogue between Carolyn and Brielle – and we return to the unbelievably powerful snore of Carolyn!
Now, replies to the last page's comments:
usedbooks: Everyone handles death differently. After my dad's death, I threw myself into starting a non-profit organization that's still in existence today. It was a good, therapeutic focus for me that allowed me to help myself through helping others. My condolences to your siblings. Losing close friends is extremely hard, so I sympathize.
blntmaker: Thank you very much, I truly appreciate those compliments. :)
trevoramueller: Thanks!
JustNoPoint: Thanks. And whenever you have time on the HTML is cool with me.
TitanOne: Awww, I appreciate that a lot!
Tantz Aerine: It's a tough subject. I'm glad we conveyed it in a way that struck home without being melodramatic or cliche. We wanted to give it a very realistic touch while still being on a teenage level of conversation.

Everyone, during the holidays, why not check out the new collaborative comic called Off Hours? How often do you get to see some of the webcomic “actors” from Due East, Nadya, Purgatory Tower, Better Luck Next Time, Used Books, The Devon Legacy, Wolf and Aurora of the High Seas off the set of their “shows?”

The figurative values here are really good. And the sleeping face in the last panel looks realistic!

Napping is a great time, and a good idea before a late night party...which hopefully everyone will be having tonight. Happy new year!

The union jack shirt - You have to explain it! LOL - Great work on this page! The second panel with the playground in the background is quite nice - great shading too!

Maybe professional sleeper?! This dynamic duo needs to get together more often ^_^ That shirt had to be annoying to draw in every time.
