August 2, 2008 Update: I am now working on the pencils for the next page. I should have it cranked out by this Friday! Please consider voting for Due East under the Slice of Life or any other category you like, in the special! He shows up in Thog Infinitron, too, I hear…)
Ooh, this comic's now being added to my official Blacklist of Shame! (It's another that doesn't tell me when it updates!)
Very nice contemplative page. Well worth the wait!
Vacationing and I missed a great update from you! Silence is indeed golden here. So is repentance too apparently! Pencils and shading as always are top notch.
Glad to see you back, man!
The second panel is very well done, the post, posture and feeling it gives off. I like the page as a whole for its quiet tension, but number two is tops.
Wow, extremely well drawn page today! And as for Brock... whatchoo' talking 'bout?! He's a recurring character in Trog the Caveman! =p
Also, the links to the Off Hours comics seem busted =(
I like silent pages for the fact they can be moody and expressive in a way that dialogue-heavy pages generally aren't. I find it really hard to tell a story with pictures alone though. You nailed this one I think
Very somber. Beautifully done - and I agree with UsedBooks - dialogue isn't necessary here. Glad to have you back with updates (though I thoroughly enjoyed the Lindsay awesomeness).

Excellent page. Very succint. And very much to the point as to what is going on. Excellent pencilwork too, and that cameo is amazingly awesome. XD

I LOVE the third panel!! Excellent, subtle lighting job and good, bold outlines. :)

Nice silent scene. The lack of dialogue emphasizes the mood. :) I'm looking forward to the colored pages (though I do enjoy your pencils).
