Carve me a slice.

I thought'd take this opportunity to give some information on El Dusko as it stands, and where it's going. While in the past, Dusko was updated “whenever”, it is now going to be uploaded Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. This should give me plenty of time to make-a-da-funnies. By-the-by, (I'm very fond of my hyphons..), in America, by my reckoning, the comic strips will appear on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, due to the rotation of the earth and the positioning of the sun.
Anyway, keep reading, and as they say in, you know, that place; “I am the king of no pants!”
Until later,
D.

It merely looks like a sufferer of Nurgle's Rot... it's not so cute... the cutest devils in hell town are the little, black, winged, lowly-detailed imps that inhabit Hell in South Park. So there. And I use the term "cute" very loosely. Full-on declaration of cuteness is beneath me. - Nick

As a matter of fact, I did manufacture that little 100x100 pixel image, yes. Here are a few things I used in it's production; two different levels of motion blur for the ears, and a gradiant tool for the background, which was quite dexterously applied with the help of the selection brush. In effect, I created the cutest devil in all of hell town!

Noted. You explained this to me earlier. Y'know, thanks to your graphics tablet (which has obviously been implemented in the production and reproduction of some of your latest posts), with the use of some ruled lines and (maybe) some colour, your comics would actually look professional. That's both a tip and a compliment, man. Well, you seem to be getting better at the art of comic production, at any rate. Truly pleasing. Now, all I have to do is go over to your place and try out that graphics tablet for myself, so that I can put my own comics up on here. - Nick a.k.a. FungusMule P.S. Where did you get your avatar image? Did you make this yourself?

Well, I considered including the line you mentioned from the original, but I decided it was best to..circumvent it, shall we say, because of it's more inside joke structure.

Is this a *literal* reconstruction of the "Carve Me A Slice" comic? This one actually looks very much like you have put effort into it, for which I applaud you, my simian friend. The only thing I am not happy about is the dropping of Rhys' line, "I MAKE ROCKETS FLY!", in the third panel. Why did you feel that it was necessary to cut this line from the script? I liked this line; it gave Dan more of an excuse to attack him with the turkey carver (although the comic is only the prelude to the actual attacking). An explanation will be welcomed with open arms. - Nick P.S. New Tunnel drawing style, much more simple and quick to draw - thick lines abolished! DOES THIS PLEASE YOU, WANG CHUNG?
