And so El realizes why she specifically was sought out: she was the last person to be asked. That's what she gets for being in the wrong place at the right time. D'oh!
Morg could've just asked her directly instead of guilting her, but oh well. Diplomacy and being married to a harridan will do that to you, I guess (still not sure if I can fit in the story involving his wife that will illustrate some of the identity conflicts El has into the main plot, but it might make it into a less polished side-story dealie. Vorssha is delightfully crass , and I'd love to show you all the friction between her and El that currently just exists inside my skull).
To be completely honest, I totally forgot. It's been so busy at work lately that the days have all just kind of run together (which shows in my update history... argh. Currently scanning/adjusting page 11, though, so that will be coming out on time!).
Plus, in other webcomics, I hate when I'm reading through an archive, and then BAM, filler or something else totally unrelated that interrupts the flow of the story. I can skip over it, yes, but I think it's terrible for pacing. So I've tried to avoid that in Elspeth, especially since this is a series that really depends on flow from one page to another.
El is nice only to those she hasn't decided to eviserate (yet), she can be mighty mean and nasty when she has to be
Agree with calls for the side-story involving Vorssha
I would like for you to have that little culture conflict/ identity crisis story part included. It would help define how close or how far she is from her Orcish parentage.

Where is your 1 Year Anniversary page? Just noticed you have been going for just over a year, would love to see if you did a special page or something

If only I could meet someone delightfully crass and habitually topless...

Elspeth has a big heart. I just hope it doesn't get her in trouble.

i really like the facial expression she has at the end. Seems she is too nice for her own good.

Don'tcha just hate it when everyone can see the "too-nice-to-say-no" sign stamped across your forehead?!

I agree with entropy0013. It's an important part of what makes El, who she is.

Oh now you GOTTA put it in!!! Pleeeeeze...
