so true to the life of a bookseller. It's amazing how many times you can take the tiniest clues and come up with the right book, but I remember some years ago, a lady coming up to me looking for "a book by a soldier, or about a soldier, and it had a green cover, and it had been published ten years ago." That one I couldn't help with. Keep up the good work.
Before you turn up your nose at kids' book, remember what falls under that label, like C.S.LEWIS's Narnia books, Tolkien's trilogy, the Oz books, and so much more.

Yeah, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Emma would appreciate your sentiments, though.

"Kid's books," bah. (as in it's not really a kid's book, not as in I hate kid's books too)
