I know my storyline moves rather slowly in comparison to a lot of other webcomics, but I look at it this way; 1. A lot of webcomics progress their plot far too quickly, you don't get to know the characters, and you end up only knowing half of whats going on, which detracts from the comic as a whole, 2. I'd rather my comic moves slowly but smoothly than quickly but jumps around a lot so the reader gets confused all the time.
…I'm ok with the occasional confusion, just not constant.
Anyways, so yes, this isn't a very in depth page, but it does contain important information, at least. I haven't drawn the next page, as I am bad at drawing cars, so it may be a little late on Wednesday. After that, I have everything done until next Friday, and I still have two updates after that drawn, but not inked or colored. So, yay for mostly on-timed-ness.
Thanks for the continuing support, and I'm so glad to see some old names come back to read Emma again.

next page will probably be up tomorrow, as I am extremely tired, a bit sick, and still have an assload of work to do. Hurray for education.

Don't worry about it, you seem to get what I'm trying to do pretty well. Feel free to say all you want, that's what the comment boxes are for.

It actully is going kinda slow to me. Alot of people complain about "to little detail" but the truth of the matter is that as long as you can conva the emotion your trying to get across to your reader. it really doesn't matter. Personally I like detail... maby not as much as some people but I like "enough of it". Miruku's art style wouldn't do well without alot of detail mainly cause it would take alot away from the characters. (this is just what I think.) Also have you looked at the pervious comics? they all seem to have a fair amount of detail in them. Oh sorry for ranting so much Mikruku, I didn't mean to ruin your comments. =D

Honestly, my art style isn't terribly detailed because I don't want it to be. I feel too many fine details, in most cases, particularly when done incorrectly, can detract from the art, and that's what always happens when I try it with my art. Also, I don't want my art style to be like everyone or anyone else's, so I try to avoid using the same techniques as others when it comes to basics like body shape, facial structure, details, etc. As for the storyline progression, I don't understand what you mean by blunt. I don't think you could mean it's progressing too quickly because no actual events have really happened yet...just character development, or attempts at it, at least. I'd love it if you could explain a little further on that...

Yeah. I had a hard time deciding on his hair. I ended up making it longish and kinda messy cause he really doesn't care all that much and he's definitely not a clean cut kind of guy. Plus it really fits with his sister's image of him, and I'm sure that just pisses her off more...

HA but I got the 3rd in! anyways I like that his hair... it kinda reminds me of a indie kid though.

it's nice to see that you're taking the plot at your own pace. I like it ^_^ looks like you draw and color everything yourself, good job on that.
