Bob is from America. He's constantly trying to act cooler than he really is. I called him Bob because alot of American characters in anime who're living in Japan are usually named that. Soba, was named after a kind of noodle.

Reminds me of Bob from that movie The Last Samurai. He couldn't talk to that guy that was watching over him, so he named him Bob. "Are you a lady's man, Bob?" hahaha, so random, as they were walking along the path.
