Episode 35 - Guess who's back!
th3rdworld on Nov. 20, 2007
Wow, it has been a loooong time. All of us apologize for taking so long to get everything back together. We wanted to try to ensure that this wouldn't happen again so we made sure we were way ahead this time. We are done through episode 42, and Dave is scripted and laid out up through episode 60, so there is lots of lead time finally. We brought on a new writer, Scott King, to join myself, Mike Hartigan, Scott Closter and Jon Conkling with writing duties. He has been helping in getting things back on track and working closely with us to plot out the remainder of the first Eskimo dave volume. We have also brought in another artist to give Mike a bit of a break. They will be alternating story lines/arcs. The next arc will still be Mike Hartigan, but the one right after that will start the new artist Dave Schlotterback's contributions.
It felt weird exporting the files and dropping the title bar on Dave last night, but it definitely feels good to be back in the saddle.
Lots has happened since we last posted. The print books for Dave and SuperFogeys both hit in Baltimore and we are are currently sold out of both, don't worry though we will be doing a second printing as soon as some more orders start rolling in.
In the meantime the only way for you to check out the bonus SuperFogeys and Eskimo Dave stories is by downloading the books over at Wowio. Don't worry it's totally free. Registration is a bit of a drag, but once you get it done there are a lot of good books to download. I have provided the links to the two books below, just click on the banners and it will take you to the appropriate pages.
Thanks for coming back for more even after the long break. We have a ton of good stuff in store for everyone. Stay tuned in just a few weeks you will get a peek at what is going on back at Dave's village.

So glad to have ED back! I've seen the inks on Dave's (the new artist's) pages and they complement what Mike has established really well while also doing their own thing. I think you guys are really gonna dig where ED is headed.
