Fusion #4 Page 10

Here's page 10 of Fusion #4, which brings this opening scene to a close.
Starting next week, there's a very good chance that I may only do 1 update a week for the next 2 or 3 weeks; there are some other Fusion-related projects I need to do, so I'm gonna start on them next week. Once they're completed, it'll be back to the twice-a-week updates.

@al: We already have one twisted secret ID for a hero. Let's not overuse the idea. 'Sides, I get the feeling CS is a hero most of the time. I love that little tale about CS and Brooder. It shows just how prepared Brooder is for most eventualities, and how fast he thinks on his feet. It's something you'd never see between their DC copycats. ...... Yes, I've decided that in my personal universe, most other company's characters are just ripoffs of Fusion characters.

Byth1--I started out with 1 update/week, but have been doing 2 per week since issue 3 (with 2 or 3 weeks off between issues). The slow down should only be temporary, but periodic, since I'll be switching my comic schedule back and forth periodically with Crossoverlord and a coloring commission coming up in a month or two.

One update a week is a slow update week for you? I wonder what a fast one is.

It looks like Brooder and Captain Stupendous know how to deal with each other even with their differing personalities and all.

Maycroft--The "tomorrow night" that Fusion's so excited about is indeed her date. (Remember way back to the beginning of Issue 2 when Shane asks her out? Well, it's that Saturday.) smkinoshita--Yeah, I started out with once-a-week updates, but I really like doing twice a week, even if it does put me in a time crunch a lot of times. Now with Fusion appearing in Crossoverkill, I'm gonna have to periodically cut back to once a week on Fusion. Al--Next story arc (starting in Issue 5) will reveal more about Brooder, as well as Savunn. Savunn's blog has a slight teaser about the next story arc too (although it's not immediately obvious).

I wonder who's taking down superheroes (ozymandias perhaps?). A very thrilling issue. Hope fusion's date is coming!

and tomorrow night i bet the cement is gonna taste great when a REAL villain is up to bat, right?

Way to go, Fusion.
smkinoshita at 11:22AM, Sept. 10, 2010
Heh, there's no shame in a once-a-week update schedule. ;)
Xade at 9:39AM, Sept. 10, 2010
nicely done

What's Captain Stupendous and the Brooder's secret identities? It'd be funny if Brooder was a self-help guru who's perpetually smiling (or a salesman, same) and Captain Stupendous was, I dunno, an utterly depressed loner when he's not CS.

Yay, Good Work Fusion. Two down, thousands more to go :)
