Fusion #5 Page 2

Here's page 2 of Fusion #5 and the return of the Star Wars lunchbox. For those of you who forgot about Nate (and possibly Harold, aka, Pharaohmoan), check back to page 4 of Issue #1. This page (and the next) will make a lot more sense if you remember the info Savunn relayed about them so long ago.

I figured that it was the air force academy that he was going into, just makes sense since they're talking about him flying a shuttle, but the reality is that astronauts are taken from all branches of the service, it's just that most people think of the air force first in terms of pilots and whatnot.

algeya--Yep, he's the guy whose name Captain Perfect was making fun of. Captain Stupendous had appearances in Issues 2-4 of Fusion (and Major Power is his clone).
algeya at 9:50PM, Oct. 24, 2011
captain stupendous the same guy that was mentioned at crossoverkill?

JohnDeCarlo--Why, yes, I do. Just making sure you're paying attention. (And the page has been corrected.) I must've copied the text from a non-spell-checked copy of the script. (I keep copies of everything on both my home and my work computers, and sometimes I forget to transfer the most recent copy of a file from one computer to the other, as evidenced here.)

Don't you mean "anomaly"?

I have had a theory, which still stands: Nate is Fracture. If I'm wrong, that's okay, but it makes the most sense currently. We'll see.

Jamoecw--He'll be going to the Air Force Academy for his bachelor's; he just had to get the Congressional recommendation and do well in school with athletic activities (track and swimming, in his case) and scholastic activities (the Astronomy Club, of which he's club president--a leadership position). He also does some community activities (which haven't been mentioned).
jamoecw at 2:28PM, Oct. 18, 2011
doesn't he need a bachelor's to apply?
Xade at 9:08AM, Oct. 18, 2011

Mr Kaos--Don't worry: This is far from the last we'll hear about the Endeavor incident.
