antlan87--Yeah. Alanna's becoming a bigger character than I had expected when I first introduced her at the end of Issue #1. I think it's safe to assume that her commitment to the refugees and determination to get their story out are good examples of the traits that make her attractive to Captain Stupendous (unless you believe Alanna when she earlier said that she and the Captain are "just friends").
Finally caught up. After so many failed tries to reach DD, I finally rememner to check their twitter account for the link and learn they changed the URL since my last foray into finding the site. Have to say, I am betting Brooder really was desperate to send in an underage girl to go where SAS couldn't. Also, you gotta admire Allana and James courage to stick around.
