Yeah, i made it a bit overly wavy. The original concept was to make him wet and in the rain looking but i scrapped that idea.
Ah, but that's not a scar. Just a spot i missed coloring in. Didn't notice til now. ^^
Whoa! I didn't recognize him to be Vincent at first. Hair was too wavy. heh heh ^^;
