You might want to try employing some consistency between panels. In one panel, there is no outline around the speech bubble, yet all the other panels have an outline around their bubbles.
Panel size alters between each panel, try to keep panel size consistant, it will make the comic look a lot better.
Try to make speech/thought bubbles that fit the text, so there isn't large ammounts of white left over.
