Mr Mentor continues his story. “After many long millennia, it became clear to the ship that human beings might create the civilisation that the Pahom sought and so built an envoy to go among these beings and learn about them. ”Humanity made the long slow climb from the world of animals to its current state on the verge of true civilisation. “In this century, it appeared that the possibility would be lost and that humanity might destroy itself in war. ”But now you emerge from this latest global conflict with new determination to grow and learn to live together on your world. The protector ship and its envoy decided it was time to make some limited contact and to enlist some humans in its mission. “So this little interplanetary craft was created in a form that you could master, familiar from your own current technologies and developments. ”And now we are all here together and I invite you to join the mission of the Pahom."
