The Date

This is the small detail Raphael wanted to talk to his mom about and didn't get the oportunity to: his date was the school's Barbie Girl. Who just invited Mr. Average Student out in front of the whole school. He's pretty convinced she has some sort of ulterior motive that's not of the head-in-the-gutter kind… won't he be surprised.
Also, I heard it's common to eat pizza with your bare hands in the USA. Here in Brazil we eat them on plates and using silverware, like any other foodthing. Heheh.

Yes, most people eat pizza with their bare hands here. You don't really see too many people eating with silverware. I only do when it is a supreme. (And I mean when it is so loaded that the toppings will fall off if you pick it up..haha)

Ha-ha i love the line "she's letting me speak" Some people can be like that, only interested in themselfs and their own voice.

You know what, Kaminari? Your comment creeped me out. XDD

Yep, pizza with the hands *nods* although in restaurants people will use silverware. He almost looks like he's trying to be a trendy monk, lol. but he also doesnt seem to be that interested in her. (with good reason)

looking good. nice colors. you've got a nice drawing style. my only complaint is the outlining of the word balloons- all the other colors are muted. and its line weight is heavier than even the box borders. its more common now to eat pizza with your hands, when i was growing up in the 60's, we ate pizza with our silverware. it also depends on the pizza- deep dish with lots of sauce and toppings-get the fork and knife!
