Eventually Greylock grows tired of the academic milieu and decides to go out and explore the universe. Bilmar escapes from the lab and accompanies him. Here they stop at the notorious Armada Inn, a way station of questionable reputation, looking for transportation. The weird alien in the background is Marchello, a long haul trucker who gets wrapped up in their adventures.
