ZananIV hit the nail right on the head... The glass represents his beliefs being shattered and each one of those memories are on a piece of glass. More or less.

Lemniskate, I'm not sure, but I think the fractured mirror is a symbolic representation of how he sees himself now that he's gone through these events. He sees himself as the strange being who acted against the people who are shown in the reflection memories, rather than as himself. It's shattered, I'm guessing, because it hasn't fully set in yet. He doesn't truly feel that he's "Dr. Destiny" yet, but that's he's pretending to be. That's my guess, 7he 7ruth would probably know better =P. The art is really nice.
